The IT Help Desk is open to faculty, staff, and students from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Due to the small size of the Help Desk staff, we are sometimes pulled away and you might find the Help Desk office empty. We try hard to leave a message on the door to note when we anticipate being back in. When you call the Help Desk number, 965-8181, and we are not in, please let it ring for a while. It must go through two transfers before the answering system picks up. We retrieve the messages as soon as we return to the Help Desk.
The Help Desk staff also monitors the Student Computer Lab. Please let them know if there is a problem with one of the computers or printers, or if there is no printer paper in the cabinet. If you don't let us know that there is a problem with a piece of equipment, we can't fix it for the next person.
