| Dale Beck Furnish | Two works by Professor Emeritus Dale Beck Furnish recently were published, one about the ongoing tensions and co-existence of Navajo and Arizona state laws, and the other a chapter in a book he co-authored.
The article, "The Law of the Navajo Nation: A Three-Ingredient Mix of Consensual (Indigenous) and Adversary (Common Law) Systems," appeared in the Online Journal of Comparative Law. Click here to read the article.
Furnish and Boris Kozolchyk, the Evo DeConcini Professor of Law and Director of National Law Center at the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona, co-authored a chapter in the book, Bicentenario del Código de Comercio Francés. The name of the chapter is "La Ley Modelo de la OEA sobre Garantías Mobiliarias, antecedentes y adopciones: un análisis comparative."
