| Gary Marchant | Professor Gary Marchant, Executive Director of the College's Center for the Study of Law, Science, & Technology, recently was quoted in the Occupational Safety & Health Reporter, a publication of the Bureau of National Affairs.
Reporter Ali Qassim quoted Marchant speaking at an international conference, "Transatlantic Regulatory Cooperation: Securing the Promise of Nanotechnologies," on Sept. 11 in London. Marchant stressed the need for a review of the current environmental legal system, which he said was "decelerating" as nanotechnology was "rapidly accelerating."
