Kenton D. Jones, '86 alumnus of the College of Law, was recently appointed by Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer to the Yavapai County Superior Court, according to the Prescott Daily Courier .

Jones owns his own law firm in Prescott, and specializes in municipal law. He has served as a magistrate in Chino Valley and as town attorney for Jerome, Clarkdale and Dewey-Humboldt.
