Arizona State Law Journal

Begun in 1969 and originally called Law and the Social Order, the Arizona State Law Journal is a nationally recognized legal periodical that serves as the primary scholarly publication of the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.  The Journal has been cited in several major textbooks and treatises, as well as in many court decisions at all levels of the state and federal judiciary, including the United States Supreme Court.  We are dedicated to publishing high-quality scholarship on all areas of the law.  If you have a manuscript you would like to submit for publication, please visit our Submissions page for information on our review process.

Students of the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law who wish to become staff writers on the Journal may visit the Membership Selection page for information about the Law Journal experience and the annual Write-On Competition.
