Cancellation/Refund Policy:

1. You are entitled to a full refund of your registration
fee(s) only if you contact us (by phone, email, mail, fax)
at least 3 days before the scheduled date of the seminar
to cancel your registration.
(Example: For a Jan.18 seminar, refunds would be
possible up to and including the date of Jan.15;
Saturdays & Sundays are not excluded)

2. You will receive credit towards future programs and/or materials if you give notice less than 3 days and up to the day of the scheduled seminar. Credits are good for a year from the date of the original intended seminar.

3. No refunds or credit will be issued after the scheduled seminar date.
