Bradley Forst has more 25 years experience as a CEO, public company executive, practicing lawyer and university professor. In the fall 2005, he joined the College of Law as an adjunct professor of law, teaching Business Organizations, and he also teaches International Management as a faculty associate at ASU’s W.P. Carey School of Business.

Professor Forst is a former president and CEO of Gradient Analytics, Inc., an independent stock research firm, and Simula Inc., a publicly traded company that he led through a successful corporate turn around and merger. He has been an in-house general counsel and practiced corporate and securities law in three Phoenix law firms.

Professor Forst’s career has focused on corporate law and finance, IPOs, securities, mergers and acquisitions, strategy, corporate governance, and business management. He has served as a director on four corporate boards including as Audit Committee Chairman of a NASDAQ publicly traded company. He is a member of the State Bars of Texas and Arizona.
