David W. Feigal Jr., who teaches a course in FDA Regulation at the College of Law, is a partner in NDA Partners, LLP.

Dr. Feigal has held top posts at the Food and Drug Administration, including in the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research's Antiviral Drug and the Anti-Infective Drug divisions, in the Center for Devices and Radiological Health, and as Medical Deputy Director in the Center for Biologics Evaluation & Research.

Dr. Feigal also previously held joint faculty appointments in the Departments of Medicine and Epidemiology and Biostatistics at the University of California, San Francisco, School of Medicine, and in the Department of Medicine at the University of California, San Diego.
