Scott Gibson is the managing partner of Gibson Ferrin & Riggs, PLC in Mesa, and his practice emphasizes protecting employers through the use of trade secrets and restrictive covenants. He has been a judge pro tem with the Maricopa County Superior Court since 1993, and is a former member of the Executive Council of the Employment and Labor Law Section of the State Bar of Arizona. 

Professor Gibson was the Executive Editor of the Arizona State Law Journal at the ASU College of Law and a member of the Jessup International Moot Court Team. He also was a member of the inaugural class of the LL.M. in Biotechnology and Genomics at the College of Law, the first program of its type in the world.
