To reset your ASURITE password, follow these steps:

1. Go to http://asu.edu/changepassword
2. Login with your current ASURITE id and password.
3. Near the middle of the password change page, you will see something similar to this image:
    
   
    
4. Click on the plus (+) sign next to Advanced Options. New text with several checkboxes will be revealed.
5. Make sure that all checkboxes including "ASU Windows Active Directory (ASUAD)" are checked.
6. Proceed to change your password.
7. Make sure that there are no error messages shown on screen. Since there are multiple passwords being changed at once, you should make sure that all were successfully changed.
8. It will take a few minutes for your password to be effective.
9. Close all your browser windows and try logging in again.
