First-year law students Stephanie Steele and Paul Singleton are featured in a story in the Dec. 15 Arizona Republic on diversity in law schools.

The story, by reporter Jahna Berry, details a diversity proposal under consideration by the State Bar of Arizona. The proposal comes from an 80-member task force, which includes several representatives of the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, including Dean Patricia White; Shelli Soto, Assistant Dean of Admissions and Financial Aid; K Royal, Director of Pro Bono Programs and Student Life; and Brenda Thomson, Director of the Center for Law Leadership and Management.
