The Civil Justice Clinic successfully settled with the title company and the lender in several real estate fraud cases filed in Maricopa County Superior Court. In the settlement, the Clinic collected more than $100,000 for its clients and the victims of the fraud. Student attorneys Eduardo Gonzalez (3L), Kendall Wilson (3L), and Karly Rossiter (3L) are continuing to work on the cases with Professors Bob Dauber and Brad Tebow to pursue claims against other defendants.
