The newly named 2009-2010 board of Jurimetrics: The Journal of Law, Science, and Technology brings to the writing and editing table a wealth of educational and practical experiences, as well as a set of identical twins.

“We have a wonderfully talented and enthusiastic new board that I am looking forward to working with,” said Professor Laurence Winer, the 2008-09 and 2009-2010 Jurimetrics Faculty Editor. “It should be a great year for Jurimetrics.”

The journal, a quarterly publication of the American Bar Association Section of Science and Technology Law and the College’s Center for the Study of Law, Science, is a forum for the publication and exchange of ideas and information about the relationships between law, science, and technology.

Executive board members are:

• Executive Editor Blair Moses, who has a bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, has worked in the health-care field and will be a summer associate at Polsinelli Shughart this summer.
• Senior Articles Editor Michael Donovan., who has a bachelor’s degree in Microbiology and a Ph.D. in Immunology and Parasitology from the University of Notre Dame, has researched how the immune system copes with tropical diseases and has worked on both trademark transactional and litigation issues with Kahala Corp.
• Senior Production Editor Alice Jones, who has a bachelor’s degree in English, with a minor in chemistry, from the College of William and Mary in 2005, is a Truman Young Fellow at the College of Law.
• Topic Editor and Production Editor Ben Herbert, who has a bachelor’s degree in Molecular Cellular Developmental Biology from the University of Colorado. After working on the John Kerry presidential campaign and with the Democratic Congressional Campaign committee, he worked as the deputy press secretary for the U.S. House of Representatives Democratic Caucus. 
• Production Editor Troy Roberts, who has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, from Grand Canyon University, and a master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Texas at Austin. Roberts was a naval officer and aviator before law school.
• Book Review Editor Michelle Cropp, who has a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Criminology from The Ohio State University. Cropp has experience in health law, and also has worked in the public and private sectors.

Article Editors are:

• Yingying Chen, who has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in law from  Nanjing University in China and is enrolled in the J.D./Ph.D. in Justice Studies Program at ASUXX.
• Paul Clawson, who has a bachelor’s degree in Asian Studies from Berea College and a master’s degree in East Asian Political Science from Kyushu University. Clawson plans to enter the Air Force JAG Corps after law school.
• Matt LaFon, who has a degree in Genetics from Texas A&M University, and worked in a Congressional office before coming to law school.
• Dan Lewis, who majored in Molecular and Cell Biology at the University of California, Berkeley, and is interested in computer crime and energy development on Indian lands.
• Matthew Moellering, who has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and several years experience in software development.
• Jordan Redman, who has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, summa cum laude, from ASU. Redmond has been a software developer and was a legal intern at JDA Software in the summer of 2008.
• Justin Redman, Jordan’s identical twin brother, has mostly identical credentials, too. He has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, summa cum laude, from ASU, is a former software developer and was a legal intern at JDA Software in the summer of 2008.
