Roselle Wissler

News of research conducted by Roselle Wissler, Research Director of the Lodestar Dispute Resolution Program at the College of Law, was reported in the May 2010 edition of Court ADR Connection, the eNewsletter of the Resolution Systems Institute.

Wissler’s paper, “Representation in Mediation: What We Know from Empirical Research,” published in the May Fordham Urban Law Journal, reports the findings of both new empirical analyses and prior studies to gain a fuller understanding of the effect of representation on outcomes and the parties’ experience with mediation.
