Sandy Askland, Director of the College of Law’s Center of Law, Science & Innovation, will participate in the October Science Café, “A Weak Link: Phosphorous Scarcity and Our Food Chain,” on Friday, Oct. 15.

The event, sponsored by the ASU Center for Nanotechnology in Society, is 5:30-6:30 p.m. at the Arizona Science Center, 600 E. Washington St., in downtown Phoenix.

Askland will join James Elser, Regents’ Professor of Ecology, Evolution & Environmental Science, and Associate Director of the Research & Training Initiatives in the ASU School of Life Sciences.
