Future Tense event on human-life expectancy scheduled in D.C.

Future Tense, a partnership among the College of Law, the New America Foundation and
Slate
magazine, will present “Never Say Die: How Radical will Radical Life Extension Be?” on Tuesday, Nov. 16, in Washington, D.C.

, the ASU Lincoln Professor of Law, Culture and Values, and Director of the law school’s Prevail Project, the event is from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Foundation’s offices. The event will include leading experts in life-extending research, economic policy, epidemiology and human genome research discussing the philosophical, societal and actuarial questions raised by efforts to radically grow life expectancy.
