3L Dan Orenstein was selected by the Burton Foundation as a 2011 Distinguished Legal Writing Award winner for his article entitled, “Shaken to the Core: Emerging Scientific Opinion and Post-Conviction Relief in Cases of Shaken Baby Syndrome.”

Orenstein will receive his award at the foundation’s award ceremony on Monday, June 13, in Washington, D.C.
