Evelyn Cruz, an Associate Clinical Professor and Director of the Immigration Law & Policy Clinic at the College of Law, has co-authored an article in the July/August issue of Arizona Attorney with Robert J. McWhirter, a Senior Attorney with the Maricopa County Office of the Legal Defender.
