Rose interviewed on Channel 3

     Professor Jonathan Rose was interviewed by KTVK Channel 3 about Maricopa County Attorney Andrew Thomas' request that the Arizona Supreme Court stop the State Bar of Arizona from investigating him for alleged ethical violations.
     In an interview on May 28 with reporter Frank Camacho, Rose said the courts historically have been reluctant to halt ongoing investigations.
     "As far as I know, the Supreme Court of Arizona has never done anything to stop a State Bar investigation," Rose said.
     If the investigation proceeds, Rose said, Thomas stands to lose more politically than legally. "I would view this as much, if not more, a political dispute as I would a legal dispute," Rose said.
