'Horizon' to feature law professors

Law professors Paul Bender and Catherine O'Grady will discuss decisions made this term by the U.S. Supreme Court during an upcoming segment of
Horizon
on KAET-TV Channel 8.
The program with Bender, Dean Emeritus, and O'Grady, Executive Director of the College's Clinical Program, will begin at 7 p.m. on Thursday, May 29. They will review several rulings of the high court, including one that upholds the constitutionality of lethal injections and another supporting Indiana's voter-identification law.
Bender and O'Grady also may talk about potential changes to the court, given the election in November of a Republican or a Democrat for president.
