     Noel Fidel, Associate Dean of Students at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, has been named to a task force chaired by Arizona Supreme Court Vice Chief Justice Rebecca Berch.
     Fidel, a retired Arizona Appeals Court judge, and other legal professionals will examine whether attorneys from other states should be allowed to practice law in Arizona without first taking the Arizona bar exam, according to an article in the April edition of Maricopa Lawyer. Their final report is due to the Arizona Supreme Court by May 1.
