Marchant, Executive Director of the College's Center for the Study of Law, Science, & Technology, will address, "Sustainable Energy Technologies: Lessons from the History of Technology Regulation."
The conference, sponsored by the Widener law school's Law & Government Institute and the Widener Law Journal, will consider the impact of government efforts to foster innovation in energy efficiency and renewable energy.
