Professor Adam Chodorow recently moderated a panel on Using the Tax Code for Disaster Relief at the American Bar Association's Tax Sections's mid-year meeting in New Orleans.
Panelists included Professor Danshera Cords, Capital University Law School, and Professor Richard Schmalbeck, Duke Law.
Chodorow's research and teaching interests lie in tax, administrative and regulatory law. He teaches a variety of tax courses, as well as Law and the Regulatory State. His research focuses on religious taxation and a variety of contemporary tax issues, such as the taxability of virtual income. He is a Faculty Fellow in the College's Center for the Study of Law, Science, & Technology.
