Professor Joe Feller delivered the talk, "Collaborative Management of Glen Canyon Dam: The Elevation of Social Engineering Over Law," at two meetings held in the West over the summer. Feller lectured at the Conference on the Law of the Colorado River in Reno, Nev., on June 27, and at the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation Annual Institute in Snowmass, Colo., on July 17. Feller, a Faculty Fellow in the College's Center for the Study of Law, Science, & Technology, is on leave for the 2008-09 academic year, serving as senior counsel to the National Wildlife Federation in its Rocky Mountain Natural Resource Center in Boulder, Colo.
