Hessick discusses U.S. Supreme Court cases

     Professor Andy Hessick recently spoke to the Arizona Bar Association about the key cases on the docket as the U.S. Supreme Court begins its 2008-2009 term. 
     Hessick served as a law clerk for Judge Raymond Randolph of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and for Judge Reena Raggi of the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. After his two clerkships, Hessick spent a year as a Bristow Fellow in the Office of the Solicitor General for the United States, working on a number of cases before the U.S. Supreme Court. He then worked as an associate in the Washington law firm of Kellogg, Huber, Hansen, Todd, Evans & Figel. He spent the 2006-2007 academic year as a visiting assistant professor at Boston University Law School.
