Marchant to speak at AEI meeting

      Gary Marchant will participate in an environmental policy conference at the American Enterprise Institute on Thursday, Sept. 25, in Washington, D.C.
 
     Marchant, a law professor and executive director of the College of Law's Center for the Study of Law, Science, & Technology, will talk about institutional reforms, such as innovations for improving regulatory science,  at the conference entitled, "Breaking the Logjam: Environmental Reform for the New Congress and Administration."
