Hinshaw joins national blog on Dispute Resolution

       Art Hinshaw, Director of the Lodestar Dispute Resolution Program at the College of Law, has joined several leading scholars in the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) field to participate in Indisputably, the ADR Law Professors Blog. The blog (http://www.indisputably.org/) provides useful, timely and insightful commentary about ADR issues and developments such as the various individual dispute resolution processes, latest law review articles and relevant books, interesting empirical research, as well as the various ways ADR is used every day in this country and around the world.
     Hinshaw, who is also a professor in the College of Law's clinical program, teaches and researches in the ADR field, primarily mediation and negotiation. On the blog, he joins Andrea Schneider of Marquette University Law School, Nancy Welsh of the Dickinson School of Law at Penn State, Michael Moffitt of the University of Oregon School of Law, and Sarah Rudolph Cole of the Moritz College of Law at The Ohio State University.
