Professor Paul Bender was quoted recently in The Arizona Republic on the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling on SB 1070.
In an article titled, “Arizona immigration law turmoil remains after ruling,” by reporters Alia Beard Rau and Shaun McKinnon, Bender said, "This ruling is going to scare people and misinform people, and it may affect their behavior, but it doesn't mean anything," Bender told The Republic. "And if it does mean something, then it's unconstitutional."
