Adam Chodorow
has written a guest post for
Forbes
titled, “Charitable FSAs: A Proposal to Combine Healthcare and Charitable Giving Tax Provisions.”
In the post, requested by
Forbes
Contributor Peter J. Reilly, Chodorow proposes that, rather than the “use-it-or-lose-it” provision of health care Flexible Spending Accounts, participants be allowed to contribute any unused portion to charity.

Chodorow is Associate Dean for Innovative Ventures, Faculty Editor of
Jurimetrics:
The Journal of Law, Science, and Technology
, and a Faculty Fellow, in the College of Law’s Center for Law, Science & Innovation. His research and teaching interests lie in tax, administrative and regulatory law. He teaches a variety of tax courses, as well as a course in business organizations. His research focuses on religious taxation and a variety of contemporary tax issues, such as the taxability of virtual income.
