Chesler to present at ABA conference in Chicago

Susan Chesler, Clinical Professor of Law, will present at the American Bar Association’s 2012 Annual Conference in Chicago, scheduled for Aug. 2-7. Chesler’s presentation “Drafting Guidelines to Turn Form Agreements into Effective Contracts” is part of a program titled “Commercial Law Forms: One Size Does Not Fit All,” which is co-sponsored by the Uniform Commercial Code, Commercial Finance, and Young Lawyers committees of the ABA’s Business Law Section.
