Court’s decision to hear the case on SB1070, Arizona’s immigration law. Bender was interviewed by Jóse Cárdenas, Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Arizona State University, who was the guest host for the Dec. 12 show.
Bender teaches U.S. and Arizona constitutional law , has argued more than 20 cases before the U.S. Supreme Court, and actively participates in constitutional litigation in federal and state courts.
