Lynk elected to ABA House of Delegates

Myles V. Lynk
At the 2011 Annual Meeting of the American Bar Association, Professor
Myles V. Lynk
was elected to a three-year term as a delegate at-large to the ABA’s policy-making House of Delegates. Lynk previously served in the House as a delegate representing the Washington, D.C., Bar, as a delegate representing the ABA’s Business Law Section and as a member of the House of Delegates’ Nominating Committee. This is the first time Lynk will be representing all ABA members as a delegate at-large in the House. His goals as a delegate will be to promote professional excellence and public service by the bar.
Lynk is the Peter Kiewit Foundation Professor of Law and the Legal Profession. His
areas of interest include business and corporate law, civil procedure, legal ethics and professional responsibility, bioethics in health care and law and literature.
