Phoenix Business Journal reports on new ASU California Center
ASU’s new California Center was recognized in a recent article Gonzales in the Phoenix Business Journal by staff writer Angela.
The article, “ASU opens outreach center in Santa Monica,” gives details on the planning and development of the 9,412-square-foot site, which ASU President Michael M. Crow described as a point of contact for the university in a very important area.
The College of Law’s Los Angeles Legal Externship Program is one of the programs that will be housed there. Other programs involved include Arizona Technology Enterprises, the ASU Alumni Association, ASU Foundation, ASU Online, Center for Social Cohesion, Undergraduate Admissions, the W. P. Carey School of Business, the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication and Zócalo Public Square.
The Center, located in Santa Monica, Calif., will offer workshops, forums and internships, and provide ASU with a Southern California location to connect with prospective students.
