Thank you for your interest in hiring ASU’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law students and graduates. You may list an available law clerk or attorney position, or alternate positions of interest to law students and graduates free of charge with our Career Strategy and Professional Development Mentoring Center. Your listing will be posted online with our Career Services Manager (CSM) system hosted by Symplicity Corporation. All ASU Law students and graduates, as well as graduates from other law schools with reciprocity, will have access to your posting.  Please note that by posting a job with the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, you agree to comply with the non-discrimination policy set forth in the Colleges equal opportunity statement, which can be found below.

Unless indicated otherwise, job postings will be maintained for thirty days. Should you close the position prior to that time, or wish to extend the posting beyond the allotted time, or want to make any changes in the listing, please contact  Sarah Dunne (Sarah.Dunne@asu.edu ) at 480-965-2305.

Self-Posting


First-time users of Symplicity:

  1. Please visit the Symplicity website by clicking HERE 
  2. Click the "Register and Post Free Local Job" tab and complete the Company Information.
  3. After completing Company Information, click the "NEXT" tab.
  4. Provide the specifics of the position. Employers may choose to have applicants submit requested materials by any method, including accumulating all applications on-line for viewing at the later convenience of the organization.
  5. After providing the job-specific information, click the "Done" tab.
  6. The ASU Law Symplicity Manager will receive an email with your posting request.
  7. Once your registration and posting are approved, you will be notified via email.

Previous users of Symplicity:

If your organization has previously posted a position or has participated in our on-campus interviewing program, you have an existing profile on Symplicity. If you do not have record of or have misplaced your username and password, contact Sarah Dunne ( Sarah.Dunne@asu.edu ) at 480-965-2305 for assistance.

  1. Log onto Symplicity.
  2. Click on the “Jobs” tab.
  3. Click on “Add New” tab and provide the specifics of the position.
  4.  After providing the job-specific information, click the "Submit" tab.
  5. The ASU Law Symplicity Manager will receive an email with your posting request.
  6. Once your posting is approved, you will be notified via email.

 

Alternative Posting Method

If you prefer that our office post your position on Symplicity, download by clicking here the Job Listing Form and email the completed form to sarah.dunne@asu.edu or fax to 480-727-8955. Once the completed Job Listing Form is received we will register you as an employer on the CSM system and post the job.
