The book was co-written by Linda Calvert Hanson, Director of the Florida Bar’s Henry Latimer Center for Professionalism, and the Chair of the Florida Bar’s General Practice, Solo and Small Firm Section.

The College of Law has made two senior hires inorn its Indian Legal Program (ILP). The school has hired Robert J. Miller, one of the nation’s leading scholars in Indian Law, to teach beginning in the Fall of 2013, and Gregory L. Hill as Executive Director of the Indian Legal Program.

James G. Hodge Jr., ASU Lincoln Professor of Health Law and Ethics, was a guest on KJZZ’s Here and Now, on Tuesday, Jan. 22, to discuss ethical issues surrounding flu vaccinations. The interview covered the ethics behind flu vaccinations, the legal implications of individuals going to work with flu, and whether businesses should require contagious people to stay home. The segment also included comments from Shoana Anderson of the Arizona Department of Health Services, who explained how the state's flu season compares to the rest of the country.
