Arizona Supreme Court Vice Chief Justice Andrew Hurwitz, an adjunct professor at the College of Law since 1977, has been confirmed by the U.S. Senate to a seat on the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. The confirmation came on a voice vote on Tuesday, June 12.
