Orde Kittrie

The Harvard Belfer Center published an article, titled "Understanding the IAEA's Mandate in Iran: Avoiding Misinterpretations," co-authored by ASU law professor Orde Kittrie, David Albright (President of the Institute for Science & International Security), and Olli Heinonen (former Deputy Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency). The article discusses the IAEA's legal authorities to investigate Iran's nuclear program and refutes assertions by Iran and its allies that the IAEA's investigations of Iran are exceeding its authorities.
