Bodansky to present at Hamburg International Environmental Law Conference
, Lincoln Professor of Law, Ethics and Sustainability, will attend and participate in the Hamburg International Environmental Law Conference later this month on Sept. 15-16, in Germany.
Bodansky, an Affiliate Faculty Member in the Center for Law, Science & Innovation and the Center for Law and Global Affairs, will give a presentation on “Instrumental Diversity in Climate Protection.” He will also serve on a panel for a working group on “International Climate Policy.”
Bodansky is a preeminent authority on global climate change whose teaching and research focus on international environmental law and public international law. He teaches courses in international law and sustainability. Bodansky is a consultant and senior advisor on the “Beyond Kyoto” and “Pocantico Dialogue” projects at the Pew Center on Global Climate Change. He serves on the board of editors of the American Journal of International Law and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the American Society of International Law.
