Professor Orde Kittrie co-authored an op-ed piece published on Nov. 24 in the Wall Street Journal titled, “A Bad Agreement Likely to Get Worse.” Kittrie’s co-author was Mark Dubowitz, executive director of the Foundation for Defense of Democracies.
