Students pursuing the Certificate in North American Law must take (1) five required Canadian Law oriented courses (totaling 14 credits) and (2) a selection of Canadian and International Law oriented electives (totaling at least four courses and 10 credits).
(Students should also take Evidence and Corporate Law (Business Associations) if they intend to seek admission to practice in a common law Canadian Province (i.e., any province other than Quebec).
