Students pursuing the LL.M. in North American Law must take (1) five required Canadian Law oriented courses (totaling 14 credits) and (2) a selection of Canadian and International Law oriented electives (totaling at least two courses and 4 credits).
(Students should also take Evidence and Corporate Law (Business Associations) if they intend to seek admission to practice in a common law Canadian Province (i.e., any province other than Quebec).
