Master of Legal Studies Requirements: M.L.S. students must complete a minimum of 24 credit hours plus 6 shared MSIM credit hours, totaling 30 credits. During the fall semester, students will take only business classes. During the spring semester, students will take primarily business classes plus two law classes (U.S. Law and Legal Analysis and Fundamentals of Contract Law, totaling 6 credits). They will take one law course during the summer, and the final semester will comprise only law courses.
Master of Science in Information Management Requirements: Evening MSIM students must complete a minimum of 24 credit hours plus 6 shared M.L.S. credit hours, totaling 30 credits. Students begin the MSIM degree in the summer by taking 6 credit hours. The fall semester of the MSIM (fall A and B) consists of only business classes. Spring semester (spring A and B) will be primarily business with two law classes (6 credits), after which the remaining courses will be law. The concurrent degree option is only available for students in the Evening MSIM program.
