Study room reservations can now be made online.
To access the system, use the link above or login to Law Interactive and select the Online Study Room Reservation link.
Select the type of reservation you would like (i.e. Group Study, All Night). To see if the room you would like to use is available, click on Overview of Room Availability.
Choose the group size you need to accommodate.
Choose a start date and a start time for your reservation. Remember, rooms can be reserved up to one week in advance.
Select the number of hours you would like use the study room. Rooms can be reserved for a maximum of four hours per day. During finals this time limit may be extended.
Click Find Rooms to display a list of available rooms. Select an open room from the list and click Submit. If there are no available rooms for the size of your group, you may select a larger/smaller room or search for an open room in another time slot. Remember, groups are given priority over individuals. You may be asked to move if you are occupying a study room that is larger than your group size.
Your room is now reserved! Click on Notify Group Members to email the information to your study group. You will also receive an email confirming your reservation.
Come to the Circulation desk in the Law Library at your scheduled reservation time to pick up the key to your study room. Remember to bring your driver’s license and your Sun Card to gain access to the library. Rooms will be held for 15 minutes after the scheduled reservation start time.
If you reserved the All Night Study Room, be sure to write down the four digit code to enter the Law Library after hours.
Already at the library? No problem, you can still reserve a room in person at the Circulation desk.
